Dear Customer,

As the U.S. is grappling with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and its implications, I hope you and your families are remaining healthy and safe during this time. I am reaching out on behalf Attic Self Storage to let you know that the safety and well-being of our employees and customers continues to be our top priority. We are continuing to actively monitor COVID-19 and are taking all reasonable and precautionary measures. Currently, our position is to continue operating where possible with the addition of the prudent steps as recommended by the CDC I want to share a few reassurances:

  1. Additional handwashing and sanitization of offices has been in place and will continue.
  2. We have asked employees to offer friendly greetings to customers without shaking hands or coming in physical contact as recommended by CDC social distancing.
  3. We are fortunate that self-storage is an industry that is not anticipated to be highly impacted by COVID-19. Our business is based on a store manager helping one customer at a time and our stores are not typically high-traffic areas like traditional retail spaces. This lowers our risks. By following CDC guidelines and taking extra cleaning precautions, the health and safety of our employees and customers can be protected while we continue to help people to their better tomorrows.

Effective 03/19/2020, our plan is to keep our location open and operating with limited office hours of 10am to 3pm Monday to Saturday, Sunday is closed. Our gate access hours will remain the same 6am to 6:45pm Daily until further notice. However, I would like to remind customers that there are many options of interacting with Attic Self Storage that don’t include physically coming to our store.

Effective 05/01/2020, We will be reverting to our regular office hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, Sunday is closed. Gate access hours remain the same 6am to 6:45pm Daily.

In an effort to ensure a safe environment for both our customers and employees through COVID-19, we are introducing a process that allows us to continue operating our store while the office is closed.

This process is designed to reduce person-to-person contact as much as possible. Our employees will help customers with their storage needs by staying in the closed office and communicating with them over the phone and through email.
